We charge a $5.00 flat fee for shipping inside the US and Canada. Upstate InkSource's corporate office is located in Simpsonville, South Carolina with 6 warehouses thoughout the United States. Same day shipping applies to all in-stock orders placed online by 3:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. PLEASE make sure your shipping address is complete. Unfortunately, we do not process orders outside of the US and Canada at this time. Certain orders may be subject to additional freight charges. We will contact the you directly if these charges apply.

We do not charge sales tax on orders outside South Carolina. A 6% sales tax will be charged for all orders billed within South Carolina. 

Our products are pre-stocked in one of our six warehouses for immediate shipping. Should your item be out-of-stock, backordered or if any other type of unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you immediately. Upstate InkSource accepts responsibility for delivery up through confirmation of delivery. We unfortunately cannot be responsponsible for items damaged, stolen or lost after delivery.

Should you wish to return an item for any reason, please review our return procedures listed under the RETURNS tab. You may also contact our Customer Service Department at 864-906-8755. We unfortunately do not reimburse shipping fees unless there is an error on our part.
