Defective OEM'S:   Original Equipment Manufacturer Cartridges (OEM's), toners and drums are covered by the individual manufacturer's warranties. Since their guidelines vary, please contact the manufacturer listed on the box for any type of defect resolution with your OEM product. If the manufacturer's recommendation does not meet with your satisfaction, please contact us for assistance. 

Other Defective Products: All other products should be returned within 6 months of purchase for a replacement or refund. Please carefully pack your items as we cannot credit you for merchandise that has been damaged during shipping. Credits will be processed to the form of payment in which the item was purchased, within 14 business days of approved return. Keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Errors: We will gladly take back and issue a credit, less shipping, for product(s) ordered in error provided the product and packaging are returned in an unopened, resaleable condition within 30 days of the date of purchase.  We will gladly correct any shipping errors that were made on our part as long as you contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product.
